The benefits of NetSuite

NetSuite is a leading cloud-based ERP and accounting software vendor and can help businesses of all sizes improve how they operate. A recent CloudBestPractices.net report highlighted the benefits of the service provider’s offerings.

In terms of pricing, the news source indicated that any company can implement NetSuite’s ERP solutions, which can be purchased for as low as $40 per month. Larger businesses that require greater needs can add functionality that can range in cost between $100 and $500.

Going back to small businesses, CloudBestPractices explained that many of these companies implement NetSuite accounting software after they become too large for other software like Quickbooks. The service provider’s real-time access is ideal for firms looking for ways to reduce the amount of paperwork they are handling because all data comes from a single source. As a result, data entry costs can be reduced and errors minimized.

Organizations that want to protect their critical assets from potential disasters can do so with NetSuite’s cloud solutions. The news source suggested that hosted environments protect corporate information from damage or information theft, while reducing recovery times as well.

IT services firm experiences difference with NetSuite

Businesses of all sizes and industries can take advantage of NetSuite’s offerings and many have already experienced the benefits of the company’s solutions. Pennsylvania-based RKL eSolutions recently announced that it adopted NetSuite’s cloud ERP platform to leverage its professional services automation (PSA) support from its OpenAir deployment.

Joe Noll, president of RKL, indicated that the IT services firm’s previous ERP system was failing to deliver on some levels, which prompted the company to adopt NetSuite.

“NetSuite OpenAir provides all the management tools they need – project accounting, resource management, timesheets, payroll and expense tracking – in a single integrated platform from a well-known, highly regarded vendor like NetSuite,” Noll said.
